Vitamin is an essential nutrient, which provides enough energy for our body to function properly. Vitamins help in various processes. 

Like boosting the immune system, keeping our skin healthy, and helping in the production of energy. Less vitamins are required as compared to carbohydrates.

Two types of vitamins are found.  Fat-soluble vitamins, these get absorbed into the fat tissues of the body. And water-soluble vitamins, which require more replenishment.

 Because water soluble vitamins are not stored. All vitamins have a specific role. Like Vitamin C for wound healing, Vitamin D for bone health

We should eat a balanced diet with a variety of fruits, vegetables, and other nutrient-rich foods to get all the vitamins we need.

Keeping our *   bodies healthy * is a very important challenge in our lives.  And to meet our challenge, vitamins are an important element to keep our body healthy. Which support many important functions in our body.

But they do not remain in the body for long, hence they always need to be consumed regularly and absorbed through food items. By consuming more vitamins than required, your body usually gets rid of the excess vitamins through urine.

Whereas the other water soluble like Vitamin A, D, K dissolve in fat and oil. Or enter the body through diet. They are then stored in fat-rich tissues and the liver. These vitamins can be stored so there is less need for frequent intake.

As you have learned till now that vitamin is one such nutrient. Which is very useful to keep our body healthy. And these vitamins enter our body through food. Which helps us in the waiting system.

Non-essential vitamins are such vitamins. Which the body produces itself. Therefore we do not need to consume them directly. It is noticeable that they grow.  While both types of vitamins contribute to our health.

But still the main difference is this. Essential minerals are found in the foods we eat, which we store in the body after eating any food item. Whereas non-essential vitamins do not need to be consumed directly. Because it is made in our body as per requirement.
